- Investment tickets €2m up to €12m (or more in syndicate with co-investors)
- Taregeting companies that are cashflow positive with c. €1M EBITDA and growing
- Strong management team with in-depth expertise & long-term commitment
- Significant minority or majority and board representation
- Equity or mezzanine investments with tailor-made deal structuring
